On the Norwegian killer

This was cold-hearted, calculated political murder not the acts of a mad man or a terrorist. Madman & other psychological statements about his state of mind are totally irrelevant. As to terrorist, it's an over-used catch all phrase used when states aren't responsible for an  attack and individual actions are not understood. This vicious act, brutal and heart-breaking for families and friends of the victims and traumatic for decent people everywhere is in a class of its own.
